When we receive your return, the refund will be completed through the original payment method, shipping costs excluded. You will be able to track your package through the chosen courier’s website, by using the tracking number on the return label.

In case the payment was by bank transfer, it will be your responsibility to provide the exact bank details on which to obtain the refund ( IBAN code and holder of the bank account).
Within a maximum of 14 working days from the moment the returned goods are received, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. We remind you that the actual times to view the refund depend on the payment method used and on the bank.
