On the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the Design section of the MA*GA, the museum presents the exhibition Art and Design. Design is art, a project that was born in 2009 thanks to the idea of Philippe Daverio and that today is renewed to explore the link between visual art and design, from the post-war period to the end of the last century. Curated by Emma Zanella, Vittoria Broggini and Alessandro Castiglioni, the exhibition also presents some Kartell pieces, including: the KS 1068 garbage disposal by Gino Colombini, the Componibili furniture by Anna Castelli Ferrieri and the OK 13 game designed by Marcello Morandini in 1970.
